Hi Brad,
I’m married to a woman of Spanish decent so it’s always a challenge to keep up with understanding the conversation when her relatives are over my house.
This blog looks like a great place to pick up some excellent lessons in many areas of Spanish from grammar to idioms.

Yes! I remember getting a hard time from some friends when I was saying estación as season (of the year, for example summer). Tough because it also means station, like estación de tren! I’m glad that I can finally sleep soundly at night again
Great work with your blog.
