Spanish Computer Programs

Braser Soft provides programs to learn Spanish on your computer. Here’s a short description of each one:

StartSpanish

StartSpanish is designed for people who are beginning to study Spanish or want to review what they’ve studied in the past in order to get up to date. It has easy to understand explanations of Spanish grammar with examples, and exercises to make sure that you’ve understood what you’ve read. It also has dictation exercises and a pronunciation guide. It is equivalent to about two years of Spanish in school.

Spanish Whiz

Spanish Whiz is a program to help you expand your vocabulary and work on your listening and pronunciation skills in Spanish. It has vocabulary exercises (Multiple Choice and Fill In the Blank), dictations, games, a dictionary and short, along with concise grammatical explanations in the help file. Very complete coverage of the Spanish language.

Travel Spanish

Travel Spanish will help you understand (and be understood) when you travel in Spanish speaking countries. Words and phrases are shown (you read, listen and repeat them) that deal with common situations when traveling. You don’t need prior knowledge of Spanish to use the program.
