Let's fall in love and get married (common mistakes in Spanish)
This post is about two common mistakes English speakers make with prepositions when learning Spanish: to fall in love WITH and to get married TO, which in Spanish are enamorarse DE and casarse CON. First, here's an example of the mistake people make:
Me enamoré CON ella y me casé A ella dos meses después
which should be:
Me enamoré DE ella y me casé CON ell dos meses después.
The following are a few more examples of correct usage. Notice that I'm also using the related expressions estar enamorado de (to be in love with) and estar casado con (to be married to):

2. Mi hermana está casada con un francés pero no sé si está enamorada de él.
3. Ella se casó con su mejor amigo y él se enamoró de la mejor amiga de ella.
4. Pedro se enamoró de una mujer pero no pudo casarse con ella.
5. Estoy casado con y enamorado de la misma mujer.
