Normal Installation

For normal installation, just install StartSpanish as you would any other Windows program and follow the instructions on the screen of the installation program.

For More Than One Use on the Same Computer (Windows Limited User Accounts)

You can install StartSpanish in the Admin account and any and all of your User accounts by simply doing the installation while using the account you want to install the program on. To install a copy on a limited user account, you can copy the installation file (the one you downloaded from our Website) to a folder under that account, or use a USB device, CD or something similar.

If you install directly into a User account while using that account, you will also be able to uninstall the program while using that account. Admin privileges are not needed. In Windows XP, you may get a message suggesting that you change sessions / users - just click on 'Continue' and you will be able to uninstall the program.

Technical Stuff

The installation program does not use Admin privileges. All program files are installed in UserAppData (CSIDL_APPDATA). For site licenses, you can adapt this to use the program on your network.

Uninstall

Use the Windows Add / Remove programs in order to uninstall the program. This may be useful, for example, to uninstall the Trial version after buying the Full version of StartSpanish.
