User Support Policy

All questions will be answered by Email concerning both registered or unregistered versions of Spanish Whiz ( gbb@braser.com ). Please keep in mind, however, that we cannot provide training and support for products we did not create. If you don't understand how to use your computer, if you are having trouble with Windows or with a program you purchased elsewhere, please contact the manufacturer of that product. If your system was set up by a friend or consultant, ask that person to explain things to you.

Free upgrades will be given to registered users of the same major version. This means that for example, if you buy version 6.1, you will be able to get versions 6.2, 6.3, etc. for free from the website. Any following major version (for example, 7.1) will available to registered users for a reduced price.

We would love to hear any suggestions that you may have. Most of the improvements in the various versions of Spanish Whiz have come about as suggestions from the people who use it.
