What's new in TravelSpanish:

Version 3.2:

  • New: you can now save sound files to listen to on your MP3 player.
  • New: The Pro version is now optionally available on a CD.
  • The Options screen has been redesigned for improved clarity and ease of use.
  • Other minor fixes and improvements.

Version 3.1:

  • Minor internal changes in messaging system and file management. Those using version 3.0 will not need to upgrade to 3.1.

Version 3.0:

  • New: TravelSpanish now uses Unicode which will improve performance on Windows Vista and Windows 7 as well as on Windows XP.
  • Main and Listen screen background is now white making it easier to read the words and phrases
  • New, more attractive Options screen
  • Added option to change background color (mentioned above)
  • Personal Dictionary now uses Unicode so characters from other languages can be added

Version 2.4:

  • Changed some design elements in order to show correctly on Windows 7, both 32 and 64 bit versions.
  • Fixed: the very first word played in the program sometimes didn't start playback at the very beginning

Version 2.3:

  • Internal changes to the way sound is produced. It should provide quicker reproduction time especially on slower systems.
  • Changed the Listening and Pronunciation system internally. When you record yourself, the recording is now clearer and less resource intensive.
  • Added progress bar to indicate recording and playback times.
  • Several minor internal changes.

Version 2.2:

  • New, lighter interface.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing problems for some users on Windows Vista.

Version 2.1:

  • Added ability to print all the vocabulary contained in the program so that you can take a copy with you when traveling.
  • Improved usability in Listening section.
